Usage notes:
- The line is activated upon first use.
- Valid for up to 90 days from activation. If not recharged and unused for 90 days, the service will be terminated.
- SIM card validity extends according to each recharge card chosen.
- To check your Sawa balance, dial *166# or call 1500.
- Customers can recharge to different channels (i.e. stc Business Portal, stc Pay, Voucher recharge thru the recharge string above) The validation is 90 days from activation.
Calling the unified numbers (9200) is not included in the bundle, the price is 17.25 Halala per minute
Calling 4 to 6 digits short codes numbers are not included in the bundle, and will be as existing charges
Calls to 3 digit numbers, calls to other operators call centers, calls for emergency numbers are free)
Account balance policy:
Via SMS message to 909 (enter the strings in the SMS message body and send to 909), Or Via USSD command (enter the strings in the call and make the call)
