Our sustainability governance model

The stc Group Board oversees sustainability through the Sustainability Committee, which receives regular updates on the company's framework and KPIs. Chaired by the GCEO, the committee includes eight chief officers who guide ESG commitments, performance scorecards, and report to the Board, consolidating all initiatives under one body.

We continuously ensure our employees are well-trained and aware of essential policies, particularly those related to human rights. In 2023, we dedicated 151,559 hours to human rights-related training, reinforcing the importance of these policies within our company culture.

Responsible and local sourcing is an important aspect of our supply chain management and procurement process. We strive to maintain an ethical and sustainable supply chain to honour our sustainability commitments.

Our procurement processes have transitioned to a fully digital, paperless system, improving efficiency and reducing our environmental footprint.
