stc Group seeks to achieve an impact through its community initiatives, which go beyond digital transformation to include volunteer work. stc plays a pioneering role in supporting volunteer projects that contribute to building a sustainable and collaborative society. These initiatives have achieved significant success through the involvement of over 1,700 volunteers from the company's staff in various volunteer activities, benefiting more than 110 non-profit organizations.

the program's results have demonstrated the clear impact of these efforts, with over 34,000 volunteer hours contributed across 13 different regions in the Kingdom. This reflects the program's substantial expansion and depth, as well as stc's ongoing commitment to promoting volunteer culture and developing skills and human capacities within the non-profit sector.

stc launched its volunteer program through the Sustainability Platform in December 2021, in conjunction with World Volunteer Day, with the aim of motivating its employees to adopt a sustainable volunteer culture. This program contributes to enhancing work efficiency and performance quality, strengthening the company’s role in supporting various sectors and providing effective solutions that contribute to local community development.
